After losing her career as a successful businesswoman and her “ready made family” in 2018, Carolyn Hobdey didn’t know where to turn to help get her out of the rut she found herself in.

Over the past two years though, Mrs Hobdey, 47, from Harrogate, has found a new lease of life through discovering boxing and writing her first book, which documents her life and troubled relationships.
